Finding the balance after you have lost weight is key in keeping the weight off, always be mindful of what you are putting into your body.  Take the time to enjoy eating food, every bite you take should be savored. Eat healthy foods with lots of flavor and color, look with your eyes and see what you are eating. Doing all these things while we eat makes us slow down and be mindful.

Exercising with yoga is also a great way to incorporate mindfulness into your daily routine, not only are you getting exercise but staying present with your body is key in being successful in keeping a healthy body. Find something that you enjoy and take the time to stay present in your intentions, making sure to keep yourself healthy with being active in whatever you decide to do.

Start you day with a five minute meditation, you will find clarity and a peace of mind that you will find helpful when dealing with stress in your daily life. If you find yourself becoming stressed, take five minutes in a quiet room and meditate to center yourself. Try to be conscious of your mental state and remember how important it is to keep yourself centered and happy.
