Dry ingredients

  • 1 package IP Wildberry yogurt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Wet ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 2-4 tbsp. of water (enough to make batter like consistency)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Directions:

Mix up wet ingredients and add to dry ingredients.  Mix well Spray a pan with oil and bake at 350 degress F for 10 – 12 minutes.

Note:
This recipe works well for IP soups, potato puree, pancakes etc…experiment.  For the savory recipe eliminate the vanilla.  For different tastes and consistency of cake/bread add some other goodies for the sweet ones…Walden jams and syrups
