Ingredients:

  • 1 package Konjac Spaghetti
  • 4 cups kohlrabi or zucchini, slice thinly or spiralled
  • 1 can low carb/low sugar spaghetti sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh rosemary, thyme and basil to taste

Directions:

  • Rinse Konjac noodles, then boil for five minutes.
  • Pat dry and set aside.
  • Heat spaghetti sauce in pan, add vegetables and seasonings.
  • Cook sauce and vegetables until done.
  • Add noodles
