Cauliflower Bread Sticks

A great IP take on a classic appetizer. Great as a snack and perfect for game day.


  • 2 cups pureed cauliflower (1/2 head cauliflower)
  • 2 large egg whites (large eggs)
  • 1 tbsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tbsp. oregano
  • ½ tsp. sea salt
  • Parchment paper
  • ½ IP Broccoli & cheese soup mix


Preheat oven to 400. Grease a 8×11 rectangular tray with cooking spray.
Place parchment paper over the greased pan and press it down so it sticks.
Place the cooked, pureed cauliflower in a large bowl.
Mix in the egg whites with the broccoli & cheese soup mix, oregano, garlic powder, salt and any other seasonings you wish to use.
Stir and mix well (add water if needed – about 1 oz.).
Pour the mix into the greased baking pan, then bake for 30 minutes. The tops should be lightly browned. Let cool for 3 minutes.
Gently lift and flip over the cauliflower bread sticks.
Use a pizza cutter tool to slice and slightly separate the bread sticks.

Makes about 8 slices, enjoy!
