Healthy Salsa Recipe

A fresh side dish best served with fish, chicken, or an omelette.


1 Pound ripe tomatoes, cored and finely chopped
4 cloves of garlic, smashed and minced
2 small jalapeno peppers. Seeded and chopped fine
3 tbsp. Yellow onion, chopped fine
2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
1 tsp sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper to taste


Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix until well combined.

Allow to stand at room temperature about 30 minutes; taste and adjust seasonings, if needed. Serve with fish and chicken, or omelette.
