Italian Chicken Soup with Zeroodle

Nothing comforts better than our hearth warming chicken noodle soup.

2 6 oz. chicken breasts cut into bite sized pieces
1 tbsp. grape seed oil
2 cups low sodium chicken or vegetable broth
3 cups shredded cabbage
1 green onion, chopped
1 can diced tomatoes, 14.5 oz. (low sodium)
Salt and pepper to taste
Italian seasoning to taste
Garlic to taste
Zeroodle fettuccine or spaghetti (optional)

In a hot pan sear seasoned chicken, then using your crock pot add all ingredients together (except Zeroodle) and cook on low for 3-5 hours or high for 1.5 hours. Add zeroodle and cook for 3 minutes. Transfer soup in a bowl and sprinkle some chopped parsley or green onions. Enjoy!
