- 1 package Konjac Spaghetti
- 4 cups kohlrabi or zucchini, slice thinly or spiralled
- 1 can low carb/low sugar spaghetti sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh rosemary, thyme and basil to taste
Rinse Konjac noodles, then boil for five minutes.
Pat dry and set aside.
Heat spaghetti sauce in pan, add vegetables and seasonings.
Cook sauce and vegetables until done.
