- 1 package Konjac Spaghetti
- 4 cups kohlrabi or zucchini, slice thinly or spiralled
- 1 can low carb/low sugar spaghetti sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh rosemary, thyme and basil to taste
- Rinse Konjac noodles, then boil for five minutes.
- Pat dry and set aside.
- Heat spaghetti sauce in pan, add vegetables and seasonings.
- Cook sauce and vegetables until done.
- Add noodles
