- 1 head of cauliflower “riced”
- 1/2 cup of squeezed lime juice
- 1 tsp of sea salt
- 3 Tbsp of fresh cilantro, chopped
- Fresh black pepper
- Dash chili powder
1. Grate Cauliflower or run through a food processor to break it into rice-sized pieces.
2. In a skillet, saute riced cauliflower until tender.
3. Stir in lime juice, salt and cilantro before serving.
4. Add fresh ground pepper and chili powder to taste
